Pamela Lee, MSW
Pamela Lee is a gifted psychotherapist with many years of experience treating individuals, couples and families.
She is knowledgeable in the most cutting edge techniques available for helping individuals, couples and families with a wide array of problems including: Depression, Panic Attacks, Anxiety, OCD, Relationship and Interpersonal Problems, Grief reactions, self esteem issues, personal growth and overcoming self defeating behaviors. In addition, she helps individuals deal with complex trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Victimization, Anger Management, and Addictive Diseases. She has helped many couples improve communication, develop better conflict resolution skills and improve feelings of intimacy and commitment.
Ms. Lee has specialty training in EMDR and DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy). She is also well versed in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, The Gottman Method, systems approaches, interpersonal psychotherapy as well as other research driven therapies. Individual treatment plans are based on the mindful approach to the unique treatment needs of each person or couple.
Ms. Lee received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Central Florida. She also received her Bachelor's Degree from UCF, where because of her high GPA and academic achievements she was admitted to the Advanced Standing Program.
